A preventative care appointment begins with a thorough wellness exam. One of our vets will check your pet’s weight and temperature, take a peek in their eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, and palpate their abdomen to feel for abnormalities. They will also discuss your pet’s diet and activity levels, vaccinations, heartworm testing and prevention, and flea and tick treatment and prevention.
