I brought my 10-year-old cat in this morning for a second opinion, and I’m so grateful I found Dr. Nguyen. I’ve taken my cat to several vets all over the Bay Area, and it’s been hard to find someone as kind, patient, and compassionate as he is.

My cat is an anxious little old lady—she’s only ever known me and my husband—so vet visits are always stressful for her. But Dr. Nguyen handled her so gently and respectfully. He took the time to really talk with me, walk through possible scenarios, and answer all of my questions without ever rushing or brushing anything off.

On top of that, I was able to get an appointment within just a few days—something that feels nearly impossible these days, especially at a place with such strong reviews. The entire experience was thoughtful and reassuring. I won’t hesitate to come back.

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a trusted vet for our 17-year-old cat. This clinic came highly recommended, and now we understand why. From the moment we called to book an appointment, everything felt easy and welcoming. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we were able to schedule a visit quickly.

Our cat, Toby the Cat, had a cyst on his cheek, and we initially came in hoping to have it surgically removed. The vet took the time to thoroughly explain all the available options and possible risks, especially considering our cat's age. What really stood out to us was how respectful and gentle the doctor was—there was absolutely no pressure. He gave us all the information we needed, and more importantly, the mental space to make the best decision for our cat.

Before proceeding with any treatment, he recommended doing lab tests to ensure surgery would be safe. Through those tests, we discovered that our cat had developed an unknown kidney condition. Based on this, the vet advised against surgery due to the potential risk to our cat’s overall health.

It’s rare to find a professional who puts the well-being of their patients above all else, even when it might mean less for their own business. We are deeply grateful for the honest guidance, compassionate care, and continued support we received here. This experience gave us peace of mind in a difficult situation, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found a vet who truly cares.
