The first step is completing the Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates New Client Questionnaire. We recommend doing this as early as possible because the certification process for international travel is often quite lengthy.
After submitting the questionnaire, Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates will contact you and let you know when to schedule your pet’s health exam here at Happy Valley Pet Hospital. They’ll also advise you on anything else you need to do to prepare for the appointment and if we’ll need to perform any additional services.
